Please read these terms carefully before using the #ClimateBelongsToAll website, MIA assistant or Project Builder Studio.
Last updated: July 2026
1. Acceptance of terms
By accessing or using #ClimateBelongsToAll (the “Website”), the MIA AI assistant or the Project Builder Studio (collectively, the “Services”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.
2. Nature of the Services
The Services are provided by the #ClimateBelongsToAll movement and Project Aspire Foundation as a free, public educational and community resource. The Services are offered on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
3. AI-generated content disclaimer
MIA and the Project Builder Studio use third-party large language models. AI output is generated automatically and may be inaccurate, incomplete, biased, outdated or otherwise unreliable. AI responses are not professional advice (legal, financial, medical, scientific, governmental or otherwise).
- You must independently verify any fact, figure, citation, name, date, statistic or recommendation before relying on or publishing it.
- Drafts produced by MIA (proposals, sponsorship requests, reports, press releases, partnership letters, project suggestions) are starting points only. You are solely responsible for editing, fact-checking, branding compliance, and legal review prior to distribution.
- Do not enter personal, confidential, regulated or sensitive information into MIA. Inputs may be processed by third-party AI providers.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the Services to:
- generate or distribute unlawful, defamatory, deceptive, harassing, hateful, sexually explicit or violent content;
- impersonate any person or organisation, including Rotary International, its districts or clubs;
- infringe intellectual-property, privacy or publicity rights;
- attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, overload or disrupt the Services; or
- misrepresent AI-generated content as human-authored where doing so would mislead the recipient.
5. Your content & ownership
You retain ownership of inputs you provide. By using the Project Builder Studio you grant us a limited, non-exclusive licence to process those inputs solely to provide the Services. Generated output is provided to you for your own use; you are responsible for ensuring it does not infringe any third-party rights when used.
6. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the #ClimateBelongsToAll movement, Project Aspire Foundation, its founders, volunteers, developers, partners and contributors shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary or punitive damages, or for any loss of profit, revenue, data, goodwill or reputation, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Services or any AI-generated content, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
You use the Services and any AI output entirely at your own risk and discretion.
7. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the #ClimateBelongsToAll movement, Project Aspire Foundation and their affiliates from any claims, damages, liabilities or expenses arising from your use of the Services, your content, or your publication or use of any AI-generated material.
8. Third-party links & affiliations
References to Rotary International, RICON conventions, Rotaract, Interact or any other organisation are made for community and educational purposes. No formal endorsement is implied unless explicitly stated in writing.
9. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
